Download our Partner Form, fill it out with your information and send it to info@AccreditedFM.com. Our Partner Form provides the option for your consent to send and receive Text Messages with AFM for the purpose of Service Ticket management (also for the Check-in and Check-Out of service tickets). You may “opt-out” by sending “STOP” or calling our offices. (*messaging and data rates may apply: You can expect 1-4 messages per Service Ticket,1-2 Service Tickets per day).
